Was expecting the waffle to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Instead, it was only lightly crisp and it’s airy soft on the inside. The mao shan wang durian ice cream was rich in flavour. Overall it was enjoyable but $14.50 felt a little expensive.

I had your best ice-cream dining experience last Thursday on 4 June together with my friends. Your ice-cream and waffle tastes very delicious. I can see two service staffs whom are Xiu Qing and another female staff working so hard together as a team to run the operation. I know it’s not easy when two staffs are working together and when there tend to be more customers. I sincerely thank both of u for all the hard work and effort that u guys gave in. Well done and keep up the great effort. Let’s make the company’s proud as u represent it.

$70+ for 10 scoops of ice cream + 1 truffle fries. 1 star as the desserts are good. Minus 1 star for its price. Minus 3 stars cause the lady staff here was so rude. We came in when there wasn’t a crowd, only tried 2 new flavours. The whole time the lady server that’s taking our order was speaking to us in an impatient, very rushed & hostile manner like as if we are hogging the line. I literally only tried 2 flavours, want your life meh? Honestly, if you hate working here, just don’t. Nobody asked you to be a server lol. When our ice cream was served, she came and left it there right beside us — sometimes she just leave it and walk away, sometimes she mumble to us, not sure what she talking. Thought I was the only one who felt that she was rude, but my companions who were with me also feedback that she was very rude. Lickers ought to train their staff better or hire someone that’s more willing to work for you. This is a dessert shop, not asking for Michelin service, but you should at least be pleasant.

Hi there, thank you for being so honest with us. We are truly sorry that what should have been a fun $70+ family treat ended up being such a frustrating experience. It’s painful to hear that despite enjoying the food, the service was so hostile that it completely overshadowed your visit.
