ベジタリアン飲茶。店員さんは陽気で、広東語しか通じませんが、身振り手振りでコミュニケーションが楽しいです。 料理は日本ではまず食べられない独特な味でとにかく絶品。量も多く大満足。 多すぎて残ったぶんは皆さん持ち帰りしてはりました。 中華圏では素食餐（ベジタリアンレストラン）は仏教系が多く、卍マークが目印となっております。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Firstly, before I come to Hong Kong, I had already planned my itinerary for vegetarian/vegan food. I personally is a vegetarian and vegan. Secondly, Light Vegetarian Restaurant 《普光斋》 is more to a Chinese-style vegetarian, with varieties of stir fry dishes and also baked spaghetti. Thirdly, the fried vermicelli noodles I ordered was served piping hot, crispy and marvelous. It is served with capsicums, mushroom, mock meat, beancurd skin and black beans. I also ordered the Deep fried melon and deep fried yam. Actually I only ordered the Deed fried melon, but they served me a combination of deep fried yam. Lastly, if I come Hong Kong again, I will patronizing Light Vegetarian Restaurant《普光斋》 again. Best wishes!! Price per person: $150–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
