Nice cafe in Miaoli City with a very convenient location. Parking is one of the strong points here. There is plenty of paid street parking nearby and compared to many other parts of Miaoli it is much easier to find a spot. Free street parking exists but is limited so paid parking is usually the realistic option. The cafe is cash only, so be aware of that, but it is easy to manage since there is a 7 11 right next door with an ATM. They are directly next to each other, so getting cash takes no effort. Inside seating is comfortable and relaxed, good for coffee, dessert, or a light meal. What really makes this place stand out is the outdoor seating. It is limited, so if it is free it is worth taking. The seats are under a small roof extending from the building, which gives shade when the sun is strong and some protection from light rain, while still feeling open and outside. This is one of the solid venues in Miaoli City for enjoying a cigar with a coffee, and possibly some food or dessert, without feeling awkward or rushed. The outdoor setup makes it feel natural rather than improvised. Overall a reliable cafe with easy parking, practical details, and a rare outdoor seating option that actually works well.
