Excellent flavor, perfectly executed food. Apparently the chef owner spent years at Michelin restaurants in Italy before returning to Korea. Interesting twists on Italian with Korean ingredient Their house made pastas are a standout and have a very deep wine list for such a small restaurant. Recommend the truffle pasta, hanwoo tartlets, uni pasta, roast cabbage Tip for those who aren't used to it, the chicken is cooked sous vide and is served on the medium side. I wasn't used to the texture but it's absolutely delicious Price per person: ₩50,000–60,000
