ランチに利用しました。どれも美味しかったです。1ポーションは少し少なめ。店員さんは皆フレンドリーで感じが良かったです。海を眺めながら食事やお酒の楽しめる素敵なお店です。. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch

Dear Limewood Management, I'm writing to share what was, frankly, a very disappointing night at your venue. My friends and I attended your Full Moon Party last night, advertised as running from 9pm to 3am, and given Limewood's reputation and the Repulse Bay location, we had every reason to expect a polished evening out. Sadly, that's not what we got. We arrived around 10pm, and things started off fine. The trouble began when we ordered Piña Coladas. Each drink took around 15 minutes to arrive — and part of the reason became obvious when we noticed one of the bartenders who was meant to be making our order had wandered outside for a smoke break and seemingly forgotten about us entirely. On top of the wait, the quality across the same order was wildly inconsistent — one of the drinks was noticeably watered down. When we brought this to the bar's attention, three different bartenders proceeded to taste our drinks one after another, with an attitude that felt dismissive and rude. One of them even tossed the straw onto the floor after tasting. For the prices Limewood charges (which, to be clear, we don't mind paying when the experience matches), this was genuinely shocking to witness. By around midnight, the atmosphere had taken a sharp turn. Guests were leaving, the music was being cut, and the full moon balloon — the centerpiece of the event — was actively being deflated, despite the party being advertised until 3am. The deflating balloon nearly hit one of my friends. We asked to speak with the manager and were introduced to someone who called himself Jess. His attitude was, to put it plainly, completely unacceptable. He was dismissive and combative from the start, told us he "couldn't control" guests leaving, and insisted he wasn't kicking us out — all while the lights were being dimmed, the music killed, and the decor packed away around us. We also noticed him drinking at the bar himself, which made the whole interaction feel even more unprofessional. When we raised the watery Piña Colada again, his explanation was that the drink had been "sitting on the bar for 5 minutes." This wasn't true — we were standing right there and picked the drinks up immediately. He offered no apology, no explanation that held up, and nothing by way of goodwill. His entire approach was to defend what had happened rather than actually address it. To be honest, we left feeling like we'd been brushed off in a venue that should know better. Repulse Bay carries a certain standard, and Limewood markets itself accordingly — last night fell well short of both. Between bartenders disappearing mid-order, inconsistent drinks, rude handling of a legitimate complaint, and an event being wound down hours before its advertised end time, this wasn't a one-off slip — it felt like a pattern.
