For a plate of fried noodles, i would rate it 4 stars. But as a plate of KL fried hokkien noodles, i would give it 3 stars. They used a mixture of yellow noodles, a flat type and a rounded type (with a circular cross section) so the mouth feel was totally different from what i know as KL hokkien noodles. Having said that, it came with good wok hei and was full of prawns and pork for a $8 portion. I also wished that they had black vinegar on the side so that i could have added splashes of vinegar to my noodles. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10

Hi, thanks for the feedback. To clarify, our menu lists this dish as KL Hokkien Noodles, and we have never marketed it as "dai lok mee." We stand by our style of preparation! Regarding the black vinegar, we do serve it, but due to limited counter space outside, it is kept inside. If you had asked our team, we would have gladly provided it. Thanks for coming by.

This beef hor fun took me by surprise. One look at it one would assume that the cost will be more than $10, but truly this is a value for money dish with the generous amount of beef and hor fun on one plate. There was wok hei goodness infused into the dish, even as it was cooked by a young guy. Hidden gem in the making and would love to try their KL Hokkein mee next

Big portion of KL Hokkien Mee with lots of lard and help yourself to the green chilli. $8.30 when I tabao it, no much ingredients and noooooo wok hey. Sigh. If u are hungry can buy. Else, lots of other tasty food in Chinatown. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
