St Andrew's Churchを見た後、このレストランに来てください。中華料理はここで味わうことができます。完全に スープ, 餃子 と チャーシューを味わってください 。お茶を素晴らしい味わう時が来ました。
スタッフはもてなしのよいで、それがLin Heung Lauを良いものにしています。そのサービス は楽しい。ここでは、ゲストはかっこいい 雰囲気を楽しむことができます。 でも googleユーザーはお店を評価しましたが、高い評価を得ることはありませんでした。

強い疑惑あり、しかし断定はしないという意味でマイナスをつけきらず星2です。夜遅い時間も空いているということで利用される観光客も多いと思います。しかし必ず伝票を隅々まで確認してください。明らかに2名での訪問なのに人数を増やされていました。そして人数表記の書き方は私たちがよく見る数字ではありません。人数が変わるとテーブルチャージの値段が変わります。見てわかりやすい料理の追加やそこの数ではなく、伝票の端に棒が数本引いてあるようなところでイカサマをしてぼったくります。レジでも明らかに私たちは2人で精算しているし、多人数にしては品数も少ないのに人数確認せずそのまま精算しようとします。請求額をあらかじめ計算していたので、実際に請求された額が多く「あれ…」と思い、支払わず伝票をじっとみて（計算し直して）いたら「あぁごめんね〜」と人数を訂正され正しい金額にされました。最初の案内の人は確実にわざと割り増し請求を起こす人数増加、レジもグルなのかなと思われる行動です。外国からの来訪者では気がつきにくいかもしれません。香港の印象を悪くする経験の一つとなります。味も雰囲気も良く言っても普通なのでわざわざ行く必要は感じません。日本の感覚では価格も高いです。ワゴンで料理を運ぶ女性スタッフは一生懸命働いていて感じがよかったです。割り増し請求がなければここは海外なのでこれは良いサービスと言えたかもしれない。香港で美味しいものを探すのはけっこう苦労しました、美味しいものも多いはずなのに。グルメも目的の一つで1週間以上旅行して、レビューやガイドなども活用したが、難しかった。レビューは普通以上程度ではなく、しっかり高評価でサクラを使っていないところを参考にした方がいいかも。並んでいる繁盛店でも普通程度の味が多かった。. Food was fantastic, don’t get me wrong. Every dish tasted great! We wish we could’ve kept going back for more! But the service and the atmosphere was abysmal. While it seems like a great spot for locals, it’s very intimidating for foreign visitors. From the get go we were met by a disinterested front of house that was more engaged with arguing and shouting with her colleagues. After being told to go up a level, we were brought to our table. Whilst there we discovered that we are to take our own dishes from the station. So off we went to queue for the delicious dim sum dishes. The first challenge was communicating what was in those dishes. We understand that there was a language barrier so we simply try to pick dishes that are visually easy to identify. We tried to ask if they had certain dishes that we like, but got a proper telling off from the auntie behind the counter instead. We again tried to ignore that in the hopes of the amazing food that we’ve kept hearing about. All of the dishes tasted amazing!!! But unfortunately it can’t make up for the background of dishes and utensils being thrown around willy nilly into the dirty dish buckets (props to the makers of the porcelain dishes as none of them seem to break) and staffs shouting around the dining room. Add to that the bill that we had to pay at the end of this ordeal? The pricing was more appropriate for an upscale comfortable establishment than a “authentic local experience”. The whole experience was a sensory overload. With all the noise, the shouting, the less than acceptable service, the amazing food sadly cannot make up for it all. We sincerely wished that we could’ve enjoyed the experience and gone back for more, but 30 minutes in that dining room was all that we could bare before leaving. Despite of all reservations of Lin Heung Lau, the place is still thriving with a strong base of local patrons. Maybe they don’t need to cater to international visitors anyway because, why would they need to? They’re still thriving as it is and have been doing so for decades. And I think that’s precisely why they are the way they are. Nonetheless, in my personal opinion as a traveller, while the authentic Hong Kong Dim Sum dining room experience does come with all the different cultural quirks that comes with it, it’s not for everyone. Getting yelled at by the restaurant staff isn’t something I’d like on my menu when I dine out. But I guess that’s what you do at Lin Heung Lau. You’re there to eat and not dine. Be prepared to be frustrated and confused, and hope that the food makes up for it. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $100–150
