I’ve been to so many Chinese restaurants, but I can confidently say this place is the absolute best Chinese restaurant in Korea. Especially the sweet and sour pork (Tangsuyuk) is hands down the best I’ve ever had. The exterior is perfectly crispy with a satisfying crunch, while the inside is packed with juicy, tender meat. The sauce is just right—not overly sweet or sour—and pairs beautifully with the crispy batter. One bite of the Tangsuyuk was enough to know this place is on a whole different level. On top of the amazing food, the service is friendly and the restaurant is spotless. This is officially my go-to spot whenever I crave Chinese food. Highly, highly recommended!

Ling Ling is a small Chinese-Korean restaurant located in Dobong-gu, Seoul, offering a slightly modern twist on classic dishes. I tried the Yuringi (23,000 KRW) and Mapo Tofu Rice (9,500 KRW). The Yuringi had a strong, tangy sauce that stimulates the appetite, combined nicely with crispy chicken and fresh vegetables. However, the portion of chicken felt relatively small for the price, and the sauce was slightly overpowering. The Mapo Tofu was mild in spice but rich in flavor, with a subtle shiitake mushroom aftertaste. The dish was well-balanced in temperature and aroma, but the portion size of rice was somewhat limited. The interior is cozy with soft lighting and K-pop background music. The owner runs the place alone and provides very friendly service. Overall, the food quality is solid, but value for money is not its strongest point. 더 나아갈수 있는 잠재력이 있는곳 테이블 세개, 10명 남짓 들어갈만한 공간 호텔 근무 이력이 있는 매우 친절한 사장님이 홀로 운영하는 곳 인력이 부족하기에 조리에 다소 시간이 걸리긴하나, 전 메뉴 걸쳐 준수한 모습을 보인다 다만 간이 조금 약해 불호는 적겠으나, 보다 선명한 맛은 다소 부족하다. 이런 부분에서 더 나아갈 잠재력은 있을듯하다. 특히 중식 이자카야를 표방하는 작은 식당이라면 인근이라면 방문해봐도 후회는 없을듯 하다 다만 가게가 작기에 예약은 필수적일듯 추천 메뉴: 마카롱멘보샤, 가지덮밥 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
