The hotel may be located in a small alley, but it’s very comfortable inside. There’s a swimming pool, breakfast, and the staff are super friendly and speak English very well. There are lots of activities to do, and they even have cute cats! The room was extremely comfortable. What was supposed to be a 2-day stay turned into 7 days instead. Highly recommended — absolutely amazing! One small suggestion: the hotel should consider changing the hair dryer brand. I used it for only about three second before it stopped working. The second one even sparked and had a burning smell, so I decided not to use the hair dryer at all after that. Service: 5

At first, I stayed for just 1 night and after a few days, I returned again to stay for 2 more nights. The hospitality from the staff is top-notch. They are very welcoming and nice. They make you feel at ease during your stay there, especially Orr. She has been very accommodating all through my stay there. The massage and onsen are also very relaxing as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended! Service: 5

Full score for this cute minimal Lis Hotel Chiangmai. Very welcome & friendly owners, great staffs who speak fluent English. I am so impressed with the free juices, milk, water, snacks, etc. 24/7. I would try the spa and ice bath on my next visit.
