Spacious and airy, a very organic feel to the place. It's a veranda for outdoor seatings. Hot cakes were delicious, I never had pancakes with their texture before. Granolas and fruits were the added bonus to the fish. Who will resist a dollop of creamy mascarpone !!! I tried my friend's smoked salmon on sourdough. The salmon was a delight. Smokey and slightly salty, it had a delicate taste than most I had had, which tended to have a stronger taste. Must order. The Shashuka paled in comparison, but still a good dish. Tumeric latte , what a nice choice they have. I'll go again. So comfy. Their cakes looked good too, but didn't have any more room for them. Next time, perhaps. Stumbled upon Little Cove Espresso in Kennedy Town, west of Central in Hong Kong. It’s a large open air coffee shop with an extensive food & beverage offering. It was a Sunday and packed with a queue waiting for a table or seat. The front terrace opens out to Hong Kong Harbour and despite it being humid, there was a wonderful breeze. Since I already had breakfast, I only ordered a Flat White which came as expected. The atmosphere is great. Vibrant, a bit noisy, but energetic and relaxing at the same time. If you are visiting Hong Kong, take the tram Kennedy Town direction and get off at North Street with a 2 minute walk to Little Cove Espresso. You will love it!
