Pizza & Soup are tasty, though the price could be set a bit more competitively. Friendly waitress and lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. I only tried pizza given the other reviews provided. Directions: a bit tricky to get to, you have to go down the elevator from Life KCC; or go to the G/F from escalator and go outside to the left under the bridge to the other side of the building. Price per person: $150–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was a frequent visitor to the now closed branch in Kwun Tong where the food was amazing so I was really excited to go back and try at the Kwai Hing branch. There was nobody in the restaurant which was odd but it was around 4.30pm so we assumed we were just a bit early for dinner. The menu was limited compared to what they previously used to offer. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza, and meatballs and my wife offered truffle fries. The truffle fries arrived first and my wife quietly commented to me that they seemed very oily. The waitress who was standing nearby overheard her, came and picked up the fries and told us they were too oily because they were busy cleaning the fryer. She advised us to order something else so my wife ordered the Wagyu beef salad instead. Then the meatballs arrived. The meatballs were cold and practically disintegrated into a pile of slop as soon as I touched them. The tomato sauce was sour and tasted like the tomatoes had gone bad. The waitress took them away half eaten. The pizza came next. The pizza was supposed to be buffalo chicken but it was basically just a bbq base pizza. There was no buffalo flavouring and the chicken was a grey colour. The cheese fell off the pizza as soon as we picked up a slice. We ate 2 slices between us and politely declined when the staff asked if we wanted to take the rest home. Lastly was the Wagyu salad. The wagyu beef was stone cold and so tough my wife could barely bite through it. Despite paying almost 600 dollars for the meal we left the majority of it. The waitress was friendly and pleasant and you could tell she also knew the food was really poor quality. This was really disappointing as I loved Little Mario's previously. They had an extensive menu and the flavours and quality of food were great. This seemed like a completely different restaurant. I definitely won't be back at this branch.
