glad i discovered them through mercury i love their matcha especially osmanthus honey and strawberry very friendly people as well 10/10 recc!

I tried Oyacha for the first time at their Mecury Fest booth. I have to say, their matcha is quite different from what I've tried at other home-based cafes - I find their matcha to be thicker, creamier, and more indulgent. I sometimes find with other cafes, one cup is almost too little, but with Oyacha it feels just right. You can also tell that the hojicha is well made because it does not have the bitter taste that occurs if over-steeped. I do personally find it a bit too salty for my liking, but I'm sure I could ask for a less salted version if I ordered through the home cafe.

Thank you Roanne, love the detailed review!! :) For the seasalt hojicha lattes on saturday, we realised that we could have overpoured a little too much sea salt when making the drinks by accident Sorry about that, usually it’s just the right amount of saltiness! :)
