Hi Abby, thanks for your review. Sorry to hear about the undercooked egg white. We regret to note that we did not have a chance to salvage the situation on site as it could easily be cooked a little bit longer or have the egg fully cooked to your preference. For the brunch skillet, as you have pointed out, the seasoning for the potatoes and meat is such that when eaten together they balance out, hence, they are best enjoyed together and not separately. The runny eggs are the final touch to mix and blend all ingredients together. For the mentaiko pasta, like all our other items on the menu, we do not use any artificial seasoning or MSG but focus on bringing out the natural flavours of the ingredients - in this case the mentaiko and pasta cream. Likewise, we do regret that the crew on site could not offer you salt and pepper that could have enhanced your experience.
