okay, i decided to stop gatekeeping this place. its my number one favourite stall now in Fortune centre. i always eat the beehoon and i ask to add Chai Po ( Preserved Radish) and today i added extra peanut. its so yummy!! run by a young couple, this week, i came all the way to fortune centre to eat this 2 days a week consecutively straight for lunch! the warm tea paste goes very well with the noodles, i really really love this vegetarian lei cha bee hoon!!! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: this place is vegetarian!! woo!

I've tried almost all the Lei Chas in the area (and other parts of SG) and this is my favourite. Somehow still retains a "homemade" taste, not overly oily like others, and subtly fragrant with lemongrass. Tofus are well fried and can see the effort. They also offer slightly different ingredients such as beans. Very very good. My go-to rec in a no frills joint. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

1st time trying Thunder Tea Rice!! Was walking around looking for something light & refreshing, initially was worry that I might not like the flavor as everything is green but I was wrong. The texture and flavor was so good and complement each other well Owners are friendly . Recommend for people that is looking for healthier options or trying something new ! Will definitely come back again . Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
