Bought some pastries this morning. Unfortunately, the staff on duty were unwelcoming, seemingly because I could not speak the local language. I hope the hotel will take the time to provide customer service training so all guests feel welcome and respected. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s one of the best bakeries I have ever tried. However, I hope they would stop providing these seats anymore, as every time I walk pass LMO, the people who are sitting there are not customers and usually it’s become a gathering place for helpers on holidays and weekends!! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $150–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
