The customer service by a gentleman was fantastic when our hightea is served. However , we encountered a bad customer service. The staff had issue with our payment and ask me to settle is on my side 1st while she attend to other customer. This make us feel that we are not the customer at the lobby bar at Sheraton Hotel. Not only that, when we ask for the bill , she told us to go to the counter for paynow instead of her bringing the wireless machine to our table. Her name is Zar Win Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Quiet spot with cozy vibes! Service was the MVP: the team was warm, switched-on, and even surprised my little one with a cup of orange juice without us asking. Small, focused menu, but don’t be fooled! The portions run generous. We left happily full and couldn’t finish everything. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
