Finally the coffee shop has opened, but sadly the coffee itself is not up to par. The specialty coffee stall, however, is much better and probably the only one worth going for. The food offerings overall are quite disappointing. I’ve even seen cockroaches around the Yong Tau Foo stall twice, which is quite concerning. Because of that, our company has completely stopped eating there. The Nasi Padang stall is also not impressive. They don’t even provide a sample bowl of chilli, which is very basic for a proper Nasi Padang stall. There’s no omelette and several other basic items are missing — it just doesn’t feel like a real Nasi Padang setup. Sadly, it could have been much better. At the moment, the banh mi stall seems to be the best option there. The cai fan is reasonably priced and decent too, but beyond that there’s really not much else. They should consider adding more variety — things like bak chor mee, roast meats, or other popular local dishes. With a stronger lineup, more people would eat there and the business would definitely improve. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ridiculously EXPENSIVE! Spent $8 on beehoon, curry chicken (3 small pcs), 1 fried egg and 1 kopi O kosong ice! Mad! Does not make any sense in the commercial area. Adding on to response from Local Chapter: Thank you for acknowledging the error in charging. Am glad that it cleared up enquiry. I hope you can consider the flow of payment as well. It’s really quite troublesome to go all the way to the central payment point. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

Hi Derrick, this sounds like a mistake. We've spoken to the cai fan vendor and the price for what you described is $5. Please kindly visit the cai fan stall and they will issue a refund.
