The shop put up a notice saying they reduced the sweetness so customers can enjoy the “natural taste” of the drink more. Bought their iced gula melaka tea today and the only “natural taste” I got was diluted water with ice. There was barely any tea flavor, barely any gula melaka richness, and the whole drink tasted weak and watered down. Feels more like cost-cutting while using “healthier choice” and “natural taste” as a marketing excuse. Reducing sweetness is fine. Reducing flavor and quality is not. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I asked for KOSONG. The casher woman said ok. Before I picked up the drink I asked the same staff if it is KOSONG. She said yes. Now I have extremely sweet milk tea. Any person who works at local coffee shop knows what kosong means. I suspect she deliberately added sugar in my drink, as I repeated kosong twice and she acknowledged both times. There is no way this is a simple mistake. I won't support a business with such an evil staff. Please know that many people have dietary restrictions. Having wrong food/drink could affect their health. For the record, this happened around 2pm on 23 Sep. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
