If you come to Singapore and skip the neighborhood eateries, you’re missing the real deal. We stumbled across this little alley by chance and ended up having a classic Singaporean breakfast of kaya toast with butter, soft-boiled eggs, and kopi C. The prices are far more reasonable than fancy cafés, and the flavors are as authentic as it gets. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
