Eh. It’s a very cozy place, set in a fairly beautiful garden area. We arrived at what didn’t appear to be that busy time, ordering food for myself and my child. My food arrives, but not my child’s. Minutes go by. Five minutes. I think we got very close to 10 minutes. For a waffle Forgive me for having an opinion on how to run a restaurant, but for a small food like that, please bring it with the rest of the food? Child was borderline insane at the end for the waiting. To top it all off, the avocado egg breakfast I got had no taste. Like, for a second I suspected I had COVID that’s how little taste there was. But no, I can taste fine, it’s just that sandwich that somehow had almost impressively zero taste. Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Have been coming here for breakfast and coffee everyday. The staff are always super friendly and kind. Have also been travelling with my friend who is GF and cannot eat dairy. He was able to bring his own GF oyster and soy sauce and have had pad kra pao specially made for him everyday, without any fear of cross contamination in the kitchen. Cannot rate this place highly enough, great food and drinks, at a great price. And such lovely people that work here. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by Lock Lack Coffee while exploring Koh Lanta for a cappuccino. The café itself has a relaxed vibe and the drinks came out fairly quickly. I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk, but the flavor leaned more on the sour side not the creamy, smooth style I usually enjoy. It wasn’t a bad cup, just not something I found myself wanting to keep sipping, and I didn’t end up finishing it. It might’ve been the oat milk, and it’s also worth mentioning they use a moka pot instead of an espresso machine, which gives the coffee a different taste profile. The service, however, wasn’t very warm. It wasn’t terrible, just not as friendly or welcoming as many of the other cafés we’ve visited in Thailand, which stood out a bit. The highlight for me was the passion Italian soda which I found really refreshing, with actual fruit and just a touch of sugar. Perfect for a hot day. Overall, an okay stop. Personally, I preferred their fruity drink more than the coffee. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿1–200 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
