Ordered and waited a total of 1hr 15 mins. Ordered thru grab but food wasn’t even prepared. Went there personally to collect thinking there wasn’t any driver to pick up but the actual fact is restaurant didn’t even prepare it. If you wish to go hungry and get health complication, please come here to eat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the most pathetic portion of fries from Long John Silver's Singapore Hillion Mall outlet. Bought at 8.18pm, and it's not even closing time. Ordered a 2 pc chicken meal from LJS. Yes, I like LJS chicken for some reason. But this isn't the way to give your customer the food. It's literally a F. You from the staff since they basically can see the amount of fries they put inside the box before sending out. I only saw the food portion when I wanted to eat after showering once I reach back home. And I don't have LJS hillion mall number to call. Long John Silver's Singapore, you have some explaining to do. Below only shows fish and chips and whatnot to pick for what I ordered, but I ordered 2 pc chicken meal(1 pc original chicken and 1 pc spicy chicken) with fries and drink. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Recommended dishes: Salmon & Alaska Pollock
