Came for a dinner, and the food is exactly what you would expect. The fish is crispy and the salad was fresh. Food also came relatively fast even though it was a weekend dinner. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Visited on 10 June 2026. Came with my family in the morning and ordered the Double Bacon Toast set, but honestly I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The hashbrown was cold and soggy even though it was morning, and the toast itself felt really plain. It wasn’t even toasted, just bread with butter. The bacon was way too salty too. Overall the breakfast set was a letdown, which is sad because it used to be really good. Not sure if this is just an outlet issue or if the standard has dropped everywhere. The interior still looks great and the service was fine. One more thing that bothered me was the survey on the receipt. It says you can redeem a free soup, but you can’t claim it on the same day. You have to come back another time, which feels inconvenient. I get that it might be a business decision, but it still doesn’t make much sense to me. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I logged a complaint about the food quality on 29 Sep according to the way taught by the manager but until now no reply at all from ur customer service. I tried to resend the email again but no reply. And then send the feedback via website but still no reply after more than 5 working days. Very disappointed to long John silver's. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
