Visited during a public holiday morning, and the experience was disappointing. The outlet a/c was not cool, service was extremely slow even though the restaurant wasn’t fully occupied, and takeaway waiting time was 30mins at the earliest. From what I observed, there were only 2 crew members in the kitchen and 2 at the counter. Its a holiday, n surprising there wasn’t enough manpower prepared to handle even a small crowd. Hope management can improve staffing and overall service standards, especially during peak periods and public holidays. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Came in for a quick meal and was served by Fifi, honestly made my day. She was cheerful and friendly from the moment I walked up to the counter, got my order right without any fuss, and had everything ready quickly. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and takes pride in her work. In a world where good service is rare, Fifi is a standout. LJS Admiralty is lucky to have her. Will definitely be back! Traveling by the red MRT line, alight at Admiralty station and walk over to Kampung Admiralty. Long John Silver's is located along the pathway towards the foyer of Kampung Admiralty. Long John Silver's has been in SG for a long time and had my meals at this franchise when I was younger. I have yet to give a food establishment such a rating but this is unacceptable. Restaurant feels stuffy, restaurant environment is dirty and with the amount of employees working sluggishly slow, food preparation is really lackluster. I planned to get breakfast and one should assume if a food establishment serves breakfast, they should get their restaurant ready for consumers before opening up their doors for business. The table I sat on was unexpectedly extremely filthy. Just look at the photos showing the alcohol wipe I used to clean the table, along with the timestamp of my order. Management of Long John Silver's should look into the restaurant ethics and sanitary conditions of each outlet by having regular inspections to avoid possible spread of diseases.
