Amazing service—if your goal is to pay more and receive less. There wasn't even a queue when I placed my order, yet the staff seemed far more interested in chatting in the kitchen than paying attention to customers. My order was packed without anyone noticing that the chicken was missing, so I ended up paying for an item I never received. The portions are already disappointingly small, and somehow they still managed to leave out part of the meal. It's quite an achievement to get a simple order wrong when the restaurant wasn't even busy. Hopefully, the staff can spend a little less time chatting and a little more time checking orders before handing them to customers. Came for breakfast which I usually like their sandwich option. Ordered a ice coffee with it. After a few sips, realise there was a fly in my drink. Thinking it was on the outside of my cup I tried to remove it and to my disgust it was on the Inside of the cup! Brought it back to counter. Indian young girl on duty, not apologetic, expressionless just "I will change it for you" I wonder what is the Hygiene level of this branch! Realise this branch Google rating is so low, Area Manager incharge of this area should be fired for not taking any actions of improvement. I wonder if the Mall Management is even monitoring their tenants performance since it impacts the imagine of their tenant mix Yee Tee Point Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

Long John Silver's Singapore I do not know how your system works. But it's funny how when I made my order there was only 2 numbers up on the screen and yet..... I have been waiting for the last 30 mins for my order to be made and there are at least 10 other numbers and weirdest is that every other take away order is going before mine..... When being question u tell me cause I didn't pay.... But I have my receipt here...... My order was made at 6.14 and 2 numbers were on the board now at 6.45 there are 14 numbers up there..... And all the takeaways are collect the grab the food panda guys are collecting while those who order from the stall are still here..staff telling me it goes by system but how does ur system validate 2 numbers and waiting for the last 30 mins...... Need some answers Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
