This will be my first and last @Yew Tee Point, Long John Silver.. There is no hygience etiquette by the 2 staff (ladies) working there. How can you hold another staff hair or even hold her back shirt with a golve on you which i guess that is for you to serve or hold the food in the kitchen. And please when you serve a customer do not talk on the phone and talk to customer at the same time. If there is no customer i dont mind but u are attending to a customer. Hope there is a discipline and know what is basic hygience.

Understaffed and bad service. The cashier supposed to return me $32, but she gave me $22 only. She counted 3 notes, one $2 and two $10, and she mistaken it as three $10. I told her that and she gave me that suspicious look and said "Can count properly or not?". That's definitely what a service provider should not say to his customers. She only gave me my $10 unwillingly after I said that she can check the CCTV above our head. Our food is already out but the cashier simply read the order and said she didn't understand and left the food behind her and continue with her order. The food we have gotten was cold, but we didn't want to say anything because we don't want to wait for 30 minutes ending up getting cold food again.
