Food was good but somewhat marred by the experience within the outlet. It’s clear that the staff shortage is severely affecting the quality of LJS. Tables were dirty. The soap pump was empty. The only positive points are the staff who try their best to make do with limited manpower. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

First visit to this LJS outlet at White Sands mall, I ordered from the self order kiosk. There was a problem with nets payment but the card payment was able to work well. I didn't wait too long to receive my meal, the staff was polite in serving the food. The chicken was cooked well, it was fried nicely and the fries had good portions. The coca cola tasted nice too. Overall, a pretty good fast food restaurant with affordable meals. I hope it will stay open as there seems to be lesser LJS outlets these days This outlet was quite good as there wasn't a lot of people so it isn't too crowded during lunch hours so if you are near the area and want to enjoy a quick meal in peace, this is a good place to visit. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Opened not too long ago. Went over the weekend and it wasn't crowded. Got my food pretty quickly. Staff are friendly too. It is also conveniently located at level 2 near the escalator. And yes, Long John Silver's is Halal. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
