Avoid at all costs! The food is cheap but absolutely not worth it. The Food: The chicken simmered noodles were basically slop with an inauthentic noodle texture. The Shanghai stir-fried rice cakes weren't chewy at all. The Drinks: The table water tasted exactly like swimming pool water. I seriously doubt they have not use a water filter. The Service (The worst part): We sat down at 12:21 PM, proven by the photo. At 12:55 PM, right after we finished our mains, the staff abruptly cleared everything off our table—including our bowls and plates! Being effectively chased out in 34 minutes is completely unacceptable. Save your stomach and your money, and eat somewhere else! To make matters worse, they charge $5 per person for tea. We basically paid $10 just to drink swimming pool water... AND they have the nerve to add a 10% service charge!" Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $200–250 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Longevity Dan Dan Noodles: Solid Shanghai Comfort with a Memorable Touch in Kwun Tong Longevity Dan Dan Noodles is known for its signature Dan Dan noodles, and the dish lives up to expectations—flavorful, balanced, and comforting without being overly heavy. Alongside it, we ordered mouth‑watering chicken and shredded chicken with mung bean sheet noodles. All three dishes tasted good and were well executed, though nothing particularly standout or extraordinary. Still, the quality matches the price, making it a reliable choice for casual Shanghai‑style dining. What truly made the visit memorable was the service. The staff were attentive, warm, and added a pleasant touch to the overall experience. On top of that, there happened to be a live performance on the night we visited, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere that definitely added a few bonus points. While the food itself sits at a solid level, the service and ambience elevate the meal in a meaningful way. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100–150 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
