It is truly a hidden gem, the Japanese grill selection was surprisingly very good! My family and I are happy we found an establishment that serves good Japanese food at reasonable prices, and will definitely return for more.

Went there without eating any food. Staff trained to look away. Only when I raised my voice then they hurried to my table. Kitchen lost my order and instead of bumping up my order, continued serving other tables. So, after an hour, decided to leave. Another family also left without their food. Funnily, they kept serving the same table over and over again despite them already being served or not ordering anything. Really disappointing.

Dear Kelvin, there is no excuse for what happened. We apologise for what happened yesterday with your experience with us. We definitely did bump up your order. The orders that came out before yours were already cooked when we realised that your order was missing so we had to send it out first before yours. As for the staff, they are trying their best. It’s not right that nobody had noticed when you had waited so long for the food. Due to the current situation, more than 90% of our team are no longer with us. They are unable to return to Singapore to work. And it’s the second day for most of the new staff, they have a good attitude towards hospitality but they definitely need more training, so any guest will not feel that they are intentionally looking away. Nonetheless, we know that it’s no excuse. We apologise about yesterday for your experience with us.

Had one of the best Chinese meal ever, ultimate comfort food!
Spicy nyonya style tender curry chicken with semi-thick rendang like consistency gravy. Paired with premium ciabatta bread, crispy on the outside soft fluffy & alil chewy on the inside. The ciabatta was gently grilled using binchotan charcoal, giving that unique wonderful smoky aroma and enhanced flavor. Curry piping hot and bread warm upon receiving it. So sorry that my pictures don’t do justice to the food!
First time trying Chinese food from Lots Gourmet and it was such a pleasant surprise. Love you guys so much! Only available this month for take away / delivery with limited portions so try it when you can!
