This Lotteria isn't very good. The wait times can be very long, even when no one else is there. The employees take a long time to get orders and it feels understaffed. The first floor is grimy, but the 2nd is better. The other day they charged my order wrong (they were ₩300 short in my favor) and had the nerve to have me go back to the counter and re-charge my card over ₩300. This was after I already waited about 15 minutes for my food. Why do I keep going to this place? Unfortunately it's the most convenient place to eat in my building, but never go to this location for leisure/pleasure if you can avoid it. Also, the Lotteria menu items in general aren't all that great to begin with, as you really are ordering mayonnaise with a small side of meat and a topping of bread that practically disintegrates to the touch. Don't order the cheese sticks either. Somehow four cheese sticks and a drink is more expensive than an entire burger + fries + drink.
