I love the location and the huge space. It has high ceilings and huge windows it’s bright and spacious next to a park. It’s also super convenient to where I live. Lots of tables and many students study here. The milk tea is very good. Not sure about the food as I never got any food here. As for the service that many complain about, I don’t see anything out of the ordinary. It’s a coffee shop like Starbucks. Just order at the counter and self pickup. There’s not much service to be expected at this type of place. Sure there’s a short wait it’s not instant but I’ve never waited more than 5-10 min. It’s made to order so how can it be instant ? If there are others in line it’s normal to wait a bit. It’s the same with any place. I don’t need the staff to chat with me besides take my order and make the drinks so I think it’s fine. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
