店員的態度超爛席空いてますか？って聞いたら【空いてないです】と一言。お店の中が狭いので外で席が開くのを待っていても無視。従業員を変えるべきだと思います。

First off it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but the service is not good, I have been to a lot of Louisa coffee places and this is by far the worst. The lady at cash is unhelpful and looks annoyed that one’s mandarin isn’t good enough. The glare she gave me for trying, ridiculous. As I sit here and write this coffee in hand, which is delicious and well made. I had a brown sugar latte. FYI they don’t put any sugar on top anymore or is that just for me? It was one of the things I liked about it. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
