Rude and unhelpful staff. I guess they are understaffed and under stress. The ordering machine had a software issue where a set meal would not work, I asked for help, staff replied, it’s in English, I can figure it out myself. I then proceeded to order items single not as set and thus paid more. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I buy cappuccino coffee at Louisa's shop in this area 4-5 times a week, the taste is always different every time I buy it, the service is less friendly and strangely, every time I order a large cappuccino The taste of the coffee is only slightly mixed by a man in a white shirt, but if the one who mixes the coffee uses a black table, the taste is very different and the coffee tastes very strong that's what I want Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

As far as Louisa coffee goes, this one is pretty good. Got their breakfast muffin, meat was cold in the middle.
