Great service. The staff let me go check upstairs to see if there's available seats before buying my coffee. I ordered my coffee and then they took it upstairs when ready, no need to wait at the cashier for it. The coffee was great, just like any other Louisa Coffee. I was able to charge my phone and hang around for a while I hit my head when coming out of the toilet (I'm too tall) but that's pretty much the only con
