I had a very good meal here on my first visit, but this time there was a bit of a quality issue with some of the offal. Fortunately, as we reported it to the waiter, she right away brought another bowl of something else which was excellent again. I think this is just one of those places that has had several years of Michelin Guide mentions and maybe taken it slightly for granted. I would certainly recommend for them to tighten the screws a bit and keep the quality up so the Michelin Guide doesn't go away for the coming years.
