If there is a worse restaurant in Taiwan, I haven't seen it yet. Mediocre food, but what galled me was abominable and incompetent service. What sort of restaurant has to be asked *three times* for cutlery *after* serving food? Do they expect people to eat with their fingers? They also couldn't get the drinks right, and were unwilling to serve what I ordered despite having it in the restaurant.
