I went inside to warm up with a coffee, but I was only allowed to sit at a small table near the entrance, even though the upper floors were empty and a couple of customers were allowed upstairs. It made me feel as if I might have been treated differently for not being a local. I left disappointed — the coffee was nothing special, though at least it was inexpensive. Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

We went specifically to enjoy our drinks from the top floor, which is open air and has a great view overlooking the palace. There are signs posted prohibiting food and drink on the top floor. The latte also was flavorless, just tasted like hot milk. The strawberry smoothie was good though. There is also no WiFi and they prohibit the use of laptops. It’s a shame that such a nice view is wasted on a poorly run cafe. Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
