Excited to see Luckin at Festival Walk, but coffee temperature needs improvement I was really excited to see Luckin Coffee at Festival Walk and decided to go in and order two cups, one of which was a Cappuccino. Unfortunately, the Cappuccino was overheated, which affected the overall taste. It seems the barista's technique in machine operation and coffee adjustment hasn't yet reached a professional level. That said, the coffee beans themselves are quite good – nice aroma and flavour base. I hope they can provide more training for their baristas and adjust the brewing temperature to better suit the beans.
