ベジタリアンの日本人主婦です。何品か注文したけど、正直全品、日本人にとって味付けが甘すぎると思いました。巻き寿司、天丼、焼きおにぎり、どれも同じ甘ダレを使っているように感じました。和食の焼きおにぎりは甘ダレを使いませんよ。醤油を使います。天丼も甘ダレではなくて天丼の汁を使いますよ。和食を売るならせめて正しいレシピを学んでほしいです。使っていらっしゃる甘ダレもシロップぐらい甘かったです。シェフが甘党の方かな？ポジティブなレビューが多いので行ってみましたが、残念な気持ちでした。正直すぎるかもしれませんが、日本人からしたら正しい日本食を提供してほしいです。.
