Lucky Thirteen

Thank you so much for the amazing review ! We're thrilled to hear that you loved our double beef burger and fries. Looking forward to serving you again soon.

We officially clarify that Lucky Thirteen uses 100% real beef purchased from trusted professional wholesalers (Makro). We hold all purchase invoices and certifications as legal proof of our ingredient quality. The taste and texture you experienced are from our Signature Homemade Recipe, where we marinate the beef with garlic, pepper, and specific seasonings to achieve our unique flavor and tenderness. This is a culinary technique, not a lack of meat quality. Please be aware that posting false accusations and spreading misinformation that damages a business's reputation is a serious offense under Thai Law (Defamation and Computer Crimes Act). We take our brand's integrity seriously and are fully prepared to take necessary legal action to protect our shop. We strongly suggest you verify the facts before making such damaging claims."
