Foreign tourists tend to favor the restaurant next door, but locals generally agree that Lueng Pha Pad Thai is much tastier and more affordable. The Pad Thai at the neighboring restaurant is too sweet, which is not the authentic flavor of Pad Thai. In contrast, this place offers a fragrant, traditional Pad Thai. If you don’t like this restaurant, it probably means you’re not a fan of the true, original taste of Pad Thai.
