便利、綺麗、安い。バンコクだと倍はする。ウドンタニだと旅行者の日本人はこれ一択で良いと思う。センタラデパートと一緒。フードコートも安くて美味しい。

見た目，一二流ホテル。コンシアは一流風で部屋も綺麗だけどティッシュなし，バスタオルも言わなければ交換しない、シャワーヘッドは壊れていて、排水溝も掃除していないので水詰まりが酷い。帰りもホテルのタクシーを呼んでもらったけど，なぜか汚い乗用車が来ました。最初からグラブの方がおすすめ。立地だけはいいかな？

We had a great stay at the very centrally located Centara Udon. While some amenities, such as the pool, could definitely use refurbishment, the hotel still offers very good value for money considering the affordable price. I also enjoyed the sauna. However, my experience in the spa area was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, children should not be allowed in the wellness area. During my visit to the sauna, a very young child was wandering around unattended while her mother was inside the sauna. The two constantly tried to communicate through sign language and by talking through the closed sauna door, which made the atmosphere anything but relaxing in what is supposed to be a wellness space. Additionally, the mother sat on the wooden sauna benches wearing wet sports clothes, which is completely inappropriate. She also changed the sauna settings and triggered steam infusions every two minutes, causing the temperature to drop to below 40°C, making it no longer function as a proper sauna. To make matters worse, she eventually threw her wet towel onto my lounge chair. I do not understand why the spa staff allowed both the woman and the child into the spa area in the first place, nor why they failed to enforce basic sauna etiquette or regularly check the sauna temperature and settings. This is completely unacceptable. There is little point in offering a wellness area if this is the standard of experience provided to guests.
