An Absolute Gem for Authentic Dim Sum!** Rating: I had an outstanding experience at Lung Dim Sum! If you’re looking for freshly made, high-quality dumplings and classic dim sum, this is the place. The food here is a clear step above the rest. The Highlights: Har Gow (Shrimp Dumplings): The wrappers were perfectly thin and translucent, not sticky at all. The shrimp filling was juicy, bouncy, and incredibly fresh. Siu Mai (Pork & Shrimp Dumplings): Packed with flavor, topped with a generous piece of roe, and had that perfect firm-yet-tender texture. Other Must-Tries: Their signature dishes, like the soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao) and the crispy shrimp cheung fun, were also fantastic. Everything tasted handmade and carefully prepared. The restaurant was busy but service was efficient, which is exactly what you want for a lively dim sum meal. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and traditional perfect for a family meal or a casual get-together with friends. For authentic taste, quality ingredients, and great value, Lung Dim Sum delivers.
