The lady was extremely rude. While I was standing there waiting, she was busy chatting with other customers and completely ignored me it felt like I didn’t exist. I mistakenly thought the plate was a takeaway box, and instead of politely correcting me, she responded in a very rude and sarcastic way, saying, “It’s a plate, not a takeaway box,” and even held it up as if I didn’t know what a plate is. The food was good, but service like this ruins the entire experience. In the food business, hospitality is just as important as the food itself. Unfortunately, the way I was treated made me lose my appetite. If you’re the owner, I believe it would be beneficial to focus more on business management and how to properly handle guests. If you’re a staff member, I hope you take the opportunity to learn humility and practice proper etiquette. Good food but horrible service. By the way I’m Filipino. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
