Very disappointing customer service experience. I had breakfast at the buffet and noticed a difference in how customers were treated. I saw another guest being served an affogato, and when I requested the same, I was told that it was not available, which was confusing given what I had just witnessed. Communication was also challenging, as many of the staff members had limited English proficiency, making it difficult to ask questions or make requests. In addition, the staff did not appear particularly welcoming or friendly. The breakfast buffet offered limited flexibility with to-go drinks and halal options, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of service consistency and customer interaction. Meal type: Breakfast
