Just stopped by for a quick breakfast with the lovely ladies at M-CAFE. It seems popular with the locals for good reason. The bread and tomato sauce on the pizza toast is home made, apparently, and tasted great. The food and coffee came quickly and at just 770 yen, is excellent value. My only suggestion would be to remove the COVID-style partitions between the tables for a more open and conversational atmosphere. Otherwise it would be 5 stars all round.
