MAD BEEFオーナーシェフのCherさんがバンダラプーケットにてポップアップにて営業中。期間限定なので、是非お試しいただきたいWagyuのおまかせメニュー。毎年1回はインスピレーションを求めて日本旅行に行くというほど、和食の味、日本文化に理解のあるシェフです。しゃぶしゃぶではポン酢と出汁を見事に表現していて、日本を思い出すテイストです。カツサンドは日本のすき焼きレストランにて匂いに感動し、カツサンドのソースはすき焼きを連想させる匂いに見事仕上げています。味だけでなく、匂いまでこだわるシェフです。. This was the highlight of our trip, Boonji was the most amazing waiter, extremely professional, extremely welcoming, he made our experience so much better ! This comes to say the staff always have an effect on the experience. Chef Cher is amazing and was extremely passionate, her menu was excellent and it made me wish I ate meat !! My friends were absolutely amazed by the details of the menu. If Chef Cher is where you are, don’t think twice !!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: In the pop-up in Phuket you can order from the hotel menu !!
