Tried Maiz at Marina One for lunch. It offers Mexican-style protein bowls, which are quite rare in Singapore. Portions are generous and very filling, with a good mix of proteins, veggies and sides, and prices are reasonable. Ordering is quick and the concept lets you customise your bowl. Flavours were a bit hit-and-miss while the dressing was tasty, it felt more like a dip and the overall bowl could be better balanced and less dry. That said, it is a convenient takeout-only option, and a decent choice if you want a filling, protein-forward meal in the area. poor food quality and took > 30mins to get takeaway. I ordered chicken thigh I waited 15mins asked why the delay they said they have to cook more and would be another 20mins. Not great for a lunch takeway only place. Next. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
