I had lunch with my family at this restaurant. It was the most delicious meat I've tried in Japan! The dishes are magnificent. The atmosphere is very cozy and pleasant, and everything around is clean. We were served by a very kind and friendly server. The experience was entirely positive. If we had stayed in Kyoto longer, we would definitely have returned. I recommend this place. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥8,000–9,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What an amazing place to eat. The location is in this amazing park, looking at the trees while having the best chicken we have ever had. The burger was incredibly tasty too. The pasta was very good. If you like food and a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place to be. The staff were super kind and professional. What a winner! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were elated to hear that you enjoyed the food as well as the location. I agree with you that the Kobe Wagyu Beef Burger is incredibly tasty, it's one of my favorites. In the midst of a lot of people and chaos during the incredibly beautiful cherry blossoms, Malu Gion Terrace is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink or a dessert or all of the above. We stopped around 1 pm and enjoyed a lovely visit. My family shared the dessert platter and I enjoyed a cafe. Also my son’s girlfriend had soft serve ice cream. They raved about the regular and soft serve ice cream and said that it was homemade. The chocolate cake and matcha cake were excellent. Scott, the assistant manager, really made our experience relaxing. We loved speaking with him and our service was attentive and kind. The environment is beautifully curated with exquisite trees blooming just outside the window. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Did you sit outside on our terrace seating or in the main dining room? The Chef prides himself on our desserts and they are all homemade. If you are ever in Kyoto again please join us again for lunch or dinner. We await your return.
