MAME Niseko is a rare year-round gem in Niseko, led by renowned Chef Endo. The omakase was excellent, showcasing the best of Hokkaido’s local ingredients with great balance and flavour. Every course was beautifully prepared, and the hospitality was just as memorable. And of course, a special mention goes to the restaurant’s adorable Yorkshire Terrier CEO, who makes the experience even more charming. A must-visit for anyone looking for outstanding omakase in Niseko. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An unforgettable dining experience. Every dish was delicious, incredibly fresh, and showcased the quality of the produce Hokkaido offers beautifully. The chef and staff were so warm and welcoming, making the evening feel truly special and intimate. As a perfect finishing touch, we even got to meet Mame herself after dinner! Mame was a truly memorable dining experience. This intimate omakase restaurant was a highlight of our time in Niseko and one of the best meals of our trip to Hokkaido! From the moment we arrived, we felt so warmly welcomed. The chef was friendly and passionate about his craft. It was clear that every dish was prepared with love, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine pride. Each course was beautifully presented, and every bite offered delicious flavors and textures from seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The toro carpaccio was a dish everyone should have the pleasure of experiencing The service was equally exceptional. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure we had the best possible experience. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Niseko, we couldn’t recommend this restaurant more highly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
