Mame in Hirafu, Niseko serves an outstanding omakase that’s easily one of the best meals I’ve had. Helmed by a chef with extensive experience at Nobu Hong Kong, every detail shines with top-tier skill. Ingredients are exceptional—fresh, seasonal Hokkaido seafood, rich, clean and full of natural sweetness. Presentation is elegant yet understated, artistic but never over-the-top. Each bite balances depth and brightness, perfectly executed with precise technique. The restaurant has a warm, intimate ambiance—cozy, quiet and refined, great for relaxed dining. Sharing the experience with fellow food lovers made it even better; we chatted about flavors, textures and the chef’s craft all evening. Impeccable ingredients, beautiful plating, unforgettable flavor. Mame is a must-visit for any omakase lover in Niseko. Note: Advanced booking is highly recommended. We had an amazing dining experience at Mame Niseko! The food was exceptional — beautifully presented, perfectly balanced in flavor, and every ingredient and sauce complemented each other so well. It was truly a masterclass in execution. I also loved the Japanese sake I had that night — a perfect match to the meal. The entire team was warm and welcoming, which made our evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Mame Niseko to anyone looking for an outstanding culinary experience in Niseko. Mame was an incredible culinary experience. The food was so beautifully prepared, balancing traditional Japanese food with modern touches that elevated each dish while still respecting its roots. Every plate was layered with unique and intricate details that were both visually stunning and packed with the most delicious flavors I have ever encountered. My eyes, mouth, and stomach were smiling with every dish that was presented to us. I am sad the meal ended and happy I was able to experience this restaurant.
