I had the “fortune soup with 4 toppings” - with sliced noodles, pickled vegetable golden soup base, and the four toppings were: black fungus, fried tofu, beef balls, and enoki mushroom. The base was amazing; it is just a comfort-food broth. It is very flavourful, and for some might be a bit too salty, but for me, it is just ideal. It was not too spicy but numbing for sure. The noodles and toppings were also great, I love the beef balls in particular. I don't know if it is all organic and natural or crazy MSG but they were really the best beef balls I've had so far in HK. The total price was 66 HKD for the soup (no extras, only the soy milk) but the portion was huge. And It gets crowded during lunchtime (we came there at 12:30) and there might be a queue but the food is absolutely worth it. And even though the restaurant is full, it didn't take long to get the food on the table. And FYI, you order through a QR code on the table. The website is available in English as well and you pay right away from the web portal - VISA/Master, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat and more are available.
